In the English-speaking environment of a multinational company, we took over the role of external project manager for the implementation of the MS Dynamic 365 system.
Within the project, our task was to create and coordinate the work of the implementation team of the system supplier, the internal implementation team and the supervisory team of employees from the parent company. In connection with this, many new processes and changes had to be defined - so it was also about implementing change management within the company. A major benefit was the fine-tuning of related processes in a number of departments from logistics, through warehousing, purchasing, technical production preparation to finished goods records. In excellent cooperation with the supplier of the Autocont system, the changes we proposed were implemented quickly and efficiently. Training and coaching of the internal team allowed us to quickly take responsibility for the correct functioning of the system.
The result was a successful launch after only 6 months of work.
